Open Road, Wine Bar and Café Slated to Join The Collection in Chevy Chase

A Falls Church, Virginia, restaurant group is planning to open two different restaurants in Chevy Chase: an American restaurant chain called Open Road and Cove, an all-day café and wine bar, according to a Tuesday press release from CCLC.

CCLC, formerly The Chevy Chase Land Company, is the real estate investment and management firm that owns and operates The Collection, an upscale dining and shopping development in Chevy Chase home to Clyde’s, Sushiko and Potomac Pizza.

In the last month, Junction Bistro, Bar & Bakery and the Hunter’s Hound said their goodbyes to the Chevy Chase community. The two new restaurants, concepts from the Metropolitan Hospitality Group (MHG), will open the spaces left vacant by the bakery and Irish pub at 5471 Wisconsin Ave.

According to the release, the restaurants are expected to open later this year.
