The CCLC has secured leases totaling 27,664 square feet of office space between the firm’s 2 Bethesda Metro in downtown Bethesda and 2 Wisconsin Circle in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase. Leases closed in December 2023 included Open Industrial (5,431 sf) and Precise Target (3,194 sf) at 2 Bethesda Metro, and Eye Doctors of Washington (13,938 sf) and New Century (5,101 sf) at 2 Wisconsin Circle.
