Ritz-Carlton Residences Partners on Chevy Chase condos

Ritz-Carlton Residences has struck a deal to be part of a $200 million mixed-use project being developed on a 15-acre site in Chevy Chase.

The Bozzuto Group is incorporating the luxury housing brand into a 65-unit condominium building slated for delivery next fall as part of the larger Chevy Chase Lake project it is developing with the Chevy Chase Land Co.
