The CCLC adds upscale furniture company to The Collection

The CCLC announced the addition of Giorgetti, an Italian furniture design firm to retail center The Collection.

Giorgetti signed a lease for 3,000 square feet at the retail center on the 5400 block of Wisconsin Avenue in the Friendship Heights neighborhood of Chevy Chase.

Giorgetti joins other tenants at The Collection, including Tiffany & Company, Amazon Fresh, Capital One Bank, Capital Laser & Skincare, Clyde’s Restaurant, The Hunter’s Hound, Junction Bistro, Bar & Bakery and Merritt Gallery, among others.

Lisa Stoddard with CBRE negotiated the lease on behalf of The CCLC.

Headquartered and manufactured in Brianza, Italy, Giorgetti offers furnishings that are synonymous with luxury, opulence, design, and master craftsman.
