The CCLC (CCLC), a commercial real estate investment and asset management company with properties across the Washington metro area, Tuesday leased 27,664 square feet of office space between the firm’s properties at 2 Bethesda Metro in downtown Bethesda and 2 Wisconsin Circle in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase, with landlord representatives Cushman & Wakefield and cooperating tenant brokers.
