JLL announced today that The Chevy Chase Land Company is delivering three fully built-out medical spec suites at 2 Wisconsin Circle in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Scheduled for completion in Q3 2025, these suites will be the only medical spec suites available in Chevy Chase and one of only a few in the DMV.

The 235,000 square foot building’s three new spec suites will range in size from nearly 1,700 square feet to approximately 2,500 square feet and will be built out to include exam rooms complete and sinks in each room.

Additionally, Eye Doctors of Washington expanded their space by nearly 14,000 square feet, further underscoring the momentum in the medical office market. With The Collection shopping center just steps away, residents and employees are looking for convenience, and medical practitioners are taking note.”
