The revamp of The Collection at Chevy Chase is underway, and we’re getting an inkling of what to expect from the restaurant and retail mix. Landlord Chevy Chase Land Co. has signed a lease with Little Beet Table, a full-service version of the fast-casual, vegetable-focused restaurant, said company CEO Tom Regnell.
Little Beet, which is based in New York and has one fast-casual location in D.C., will take 5,000 square feet facing Wisconsin Avenue on one side of a plaza between two of the shopping center’s buildings. It will be their first full-service restaurant here.
“We’re very excited. We’ve been up to New York three times to experience what they have up there, and that restaurant is packed every single night, delivering a fresh concept,” Regnell said of Little Beet Table. “It really is a terrific dining experience and we expect to bring more of that to Chevy Chase.”
