Geoff Flaherty

Geoff Flaherty is the CFO and Vice President of CCLC. Geoff oversees the Accounting and Finance department and has over 25 years of experience in real estate.

Prior to joining CCLC, Geoff worked six years at AIG SunAmerica where he managed the initiation, financial analysis, due diligence, and closings of real estate investment transactions and presented investment opportunities to the Acquisition and Debt Committee. Prior to his employment with AIG SunAmerica, Geoff spent 6 years as a CPA for The Reznick Group in Bethesda, MD managing audits, financial reporting and tax return preparation for multiple private and public real estate investment funds and partnerships.

Geoff is a past member of the board of directors for The Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce, the Bethlehem House, and the Jubilee Association of Maryland.

Geoff currently resides in Potomac, MD with his wife and two children.
