Michael Harmeyer

Michael Harmeyer is the Asset Management Analyst at CCLC. He supports all facets of the asset management portfolio, including performance tracking, financial analysis, and oversight of leasing and capital improvement initiatives. Michael delivers strategic insights and prepares reports for senior leadership to help drive long-term value and optimize property performance.

With internship experience at Colliers International, Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate, and Clovelly Real Estate, Michael has developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate operations.

He is a former student-athlete and a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a B.A. in English and studied Innovation in Business Entrepreneurship through the McIntire School of Commerce.

Michael lives in Arlington, VA and enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family.
